As coherence becomes clearer, those internal contradictions become easier to recognize.
Thought, emotion, action, and direction begin supporting one another. Decisions require less internal negotiation because fewer parts of the system are pulling in opposing directions. Relationships become easier to read because attention is available for what is actually happening rather than what is expected, feared, or assumed.
There is also less dependence on external confirmation.
Other people can still contribute perspective, challenge an assumption, or provide information, while your own capacity to observe, discern, and respond remains active. The center of decision-making begins to settle within rather than constantly shifting according to outside reaction. This creates greater consistency between what you know, what you choose, and the way you live.
Returning to coherence involves recognizing your relationship with yourself, identifying and correcting distortion, and bringing the relationships within your life back into right relation by honoring the coherence that has always remained present. As this continues, thought, emotion, choice, action, and relationship begin to support the whole, allowing life to move with greater clarity, consistency, and intention.
